For those of you who do not know, ZIWA stands for the Zankyou International Wedding Awards. This year will be the tenth annual celebration, where the best professionals in the wedding industry will be recognised and awarded. They shall be voted for by a combination of other professionals in the same category, as well as by couples who have used the Zankyou services for their own weddings, and a panel of experts from the countries in which Zankyou is present. You could be one of the winners and receive international recognition!
Wedding industry professionals and Zankyou couples will be able to choose the winners for each category, and a panel composed of renowned wedding experts will choose the winners for the special Best of 2020 prize. Couples’ voting begins this August, while panel and professional voting will begin on the 15th of September 2020. From this moment on, registered couples in the Zankyou directory will receive an email allowing you to vote for the best professional in all categories.
The judges for the ZIWA 2020 awards will consist of more than 95,000 clients from different countries and more than 300,000 registered customers (brides and grooms who have used Zankyou’s services) on the portal, as well as 90 experts. The weighting of the vote will be divided as follows: for the regional winners, 50% of the vote will come from clients and 50% of the vote will come from customers. And for special winners, a panel will select them based on special criteria we will announce soon.
If you are wondering why you should participate, here are the reasons! To begin with, they are considered to be the most prestigious international awards in the wedding industry. If you are one of the winners, you will be recognised as one of the best wedding experts in the world and your audience will grow due to the exposure from receiving a ZIWA 2020 award.
No numerical ranking of winners will be established.

– A “Winner of ZIWA 2020” badge will be displayed on the winner’s profile within the Zankyou directory.
– A digital kit with the label “Winner of ZIWA 2020” along with other elements to showcase your award on the web, blogs, and social networks, amongst other things.

– The recognition of being awarded as one of the best professionals in the wedding industry.
– The results will be shared in the Zankyou Magazine, as well as on social media networks.
